SpotRoster Demo Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy protects SpotRoster, participating businesses, users, data, systems, and infrastructure from misuse, abuse, fraud, and security threats.

2. Prohibited Technical Activity

Users may not attempt to hack, probe, scan, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, bypass, exploit, or gain unauthorized access to SpotRoster systems, accounts, databases, administrative areas, APIs, servers, or related infrastructure.

3. Prohibited User Activity

Users may not submit false information, impersonate others, manipulate reservations, abuse forms, use bots or scripts without written authorization, interfere with campaign operations, harass others, submit malicious content, or use SpotRoster for unlawful or deceptive activity.

4. Prohibited Merchant Activity

Participating businesses may not use SpotRoster to operate unlawful campaigns, misrepresent products, avoid required legal compliance, violate payment processor rules, infringe intellectual property, discriminate unlawfully, deceive users, or expose SpotRoster to unreasonable legal, financial, security, or reputational risk.

5. Regulated Products and Compliance

Businesses offering campaigns involving regulated products or restricted activities are solely responsible for all legal compliance, licensing, age verification, eligibility screening, transfer requirements, disclosures, and lawful operation.

6. Security Enforcement

SpotRoster may monitor usage, log activity, block suspicious traffic, require additional verification, rate-limit requests, suspend accounts, remove content, terminate merchant access, preserve evidence, and cooperate with law enforcement or service providers when necessary.

7. Platform Protection

SpotRoster reserves the right to take action to protect its website, service, users, participating businesses, data, intellectual property, reputation, payment relationships, hosting environment, and business interests.

8. Policy Updates

SpotRoster may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
