SpotRoster Demo Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SpotRoster.com, any SpotRoster-powered page, or any related SpotRoster service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Refund Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Platform Role
SpotRoster provides reservation and participation management software for independent businesses and organizations. SpotRoster may provide tools for listings, spot reservations, participation records, administrative management, notifications, and related technology services.
SpotRoster does not operate merchant campaigns, sell products, transfer merchandise, conduct drawings, issue prizes, determine winners, process eligibility decisions, provide legal compliance services, or act as a firearm dealer, financial institution, gambling operator, auctioneer, broker, or merchant of record unless expressly stated in writing.
3. Participating Businesses
Each participating business is independently responsible for its own products, services, campaigns, promotions, drawings, giveaways, customer communications, payment handling, refunds, tax obligations, legal compliance, eligibility rules, age restrictions, product transfers, and fulfillment.
Participating businesses must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and must not use SpotRoster in a manner that violates law, infringes rights, misleads users, or exposes SpotRoster to improper risk.
4. User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, comply with all applicable laws, meet all required eligibility standards, and review the rules and requirements of each participating business before participating in any campaign or reservation.
Users are responsible for confirming that they are legally permitted to participate in any merchant campaign and legally permitted to purchase, possess, receive, or use any product or service connected to that campaign.
5. Age Requirements
Users must be at least 18 years old to use SpotRoster unless a higher age is required by law, merchant policy, or product type. Certain products, services, or promotions may require users to be 21 years old or older.
Participating businesses are solely responsible for enforcing age restrictions and product-specific legal eligibility requirements. SpotRoster does not independently verify user age or eligibility for merchant-operated campaigns.
6. Non-Discrimination and Neutral Access
SpotRoster operates as a neutral software platform and does not filter, approve, reject, or restrict users based on race, color, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, political affiliation, personal beliefs, lawful association, or any other protected classification.
SpotRoster may restrict or terminate access when necessary to protect the platform, prevent abuse, enforce these Terms, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, or protect SpotRoster’s legitimate business interests.
7. Firearms and Regulated Products
SpotRoster does not sell, transfer, possess, ship, regulate, or distribute firearms, ammunition, accessories, or other regulated products. If a participating business offers a campaign involving a firearm or regulated product, that business is solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, including FFL transfer requirements, background checks, waiting periods, age restrictions, and eligibility rules.
Users who are legally prohibited from possessing, purchasing, receiving, or using a regulated product must not participate in any related campaign.
8. Payments, Reservations, and Availability
Reservation availability, pricing, campaign rules, payment requirements, and fulfillment are determined by the participating business. SpotRoster is not responsible for merchant pricing errors, product availability, campaign cancellation, merchant fulfillment, or disputes between users and merchants.
9. No Guarantee
Participation in any campaign, reservation, drawing, giveaway, or promotional process does not guarantee selection, winning, purchase rights, product availability, transfer approval, or receipt of any product or prize.
10. Prohibited Activity
Users may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with systems, bypass security, scrape data, use bots without authorization, manipulate reservations, submit fraudulent information, abuse payment systems, harass others, upload malicious content, or use SpotRoster for unlawful purposes.
11. Security Monitoring
SpotRoster may monitor platform activity, log access attempts, preserve technical records, restrict suspicious traffic, investigate misuse, suspend accounts, remove content, cooperate with law enforcement, and pursue available legal remedies to protect the platform, users, merchants, and infrastructure.
12. Suspension and Removal
SpotRoster may suspend, restrict, remove, or terminate any account, listing, campaign, merchant access, user access, or content at its sole discretion when necessary to protect the platform, prevent abuse, reduce legal exposure, comply with law, enforce policies, or protect SpotRoster’s reputation and business interests.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpotRoster is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for losses arising from merchant conduct, campaign outcomes, product issues, transfer denials, eligibility disputes, technical interruptions, user errors, or unauthorized activity.
