SpotRoster Demo Refund Policy
1. Merchant-Controlled Campaigns
Reservations, entries, spot purchases, deposits, fees, and campaign payments displayed through SpotRoster-powered pages are generally offered and managed by independent participating businesses. Those businesses are responsible for their own refund rules, cancellations, campaign changes, voided campaigns, customer disputes, and payment decisions.
2. Final Sale Presumption
Unless a participating business states otherwise, reservations, spot purchases, entries, and participation-related payments may be considered final once submitted. Users should review the participating business’s rules before completing any reservation or payment.
3. Canceled or Voided Campaigns
If a campaign is canceled, voided, delayed, modified, or otherwise not completed, refund eligibility is determined by the participating business, applicable payment processor rules, and applicable law.
4. SpotRoster Platform Fees
Any separate SpotRoster platform fee, service fee, setup fee, subscription fee, or technology fee may be non-refundable unless SpotRoster states otherwise in writing.
5. Payment Processor Disputes
Payment processors may have their own dispute, chargeback, refund, fraud review, and account rules. Users and participating businesses may be subject to those separate terms.
6. No Guarantee of Outcome
Refunds are not automatically owed because a user is not selected, does not win, is denied a transfer, fails eligibility requirements, provides incorrect information, or later chooses not to participate, unless required by law or the participating business’s posted rules.
7. Contact
Users seeking refunds for merchant-operated campaigns should first contact the participating business responsible for the campaign. SpotRoster may assist with technical records when appropriate but is not responsible for merchant refund decisions.
