Important: SpotRoster provides reservation and participation management software for independent businesses. SpotRoster does not operate, own, administer, or control the campaigns, products, promotions, drawings, or services offered by participating businesses.

1. Technology Platform Only

SpotRoster.com and related SpotRoster services provide software tools that allow independent businesses and organizations to manage reservations, participation lists, spot-based campaigns, customer entries, notifications, and related administrative workflows.

SpotRoster does not sell, transfer, broker, raffle, auction, distribute, or deliver products or merchandise of any kind. Any product, prize, service, promotion, giveaway, drawing, or campaign displayed through a SpotRoster-powered page is managed solely by the independent business using the platform.

2. Merchant Responsibility

Each participating business is solely responsible for its own operations, listings, campaign rules, product details, legal compliance, customer communications, payment handling, eligibility decisions, fulfillment, refunds, and dispute resolution.

Participating businesses are solely responsible for enforcing all age requirements, product restrictions, participant eligibility requirements, licensing requirements, transfer requirements, tax obligations, and any federal, state, or local laws that apply to their products, promotions, or services.

3. Age Requirements and Eligibility

SpotRoster does not independently verify, approve, reject, filter, or qualify participants for merchant-operated campaigns. Any age verification, eligibility screening, background check, legal qualification, or product transfer requirement is the responsibility of the participating business.

Users are responsible for confirming that they are legally permitted to participate in any campaign, reservation, promotion, or transaction offered by a participating business.

4. Non-Discrimination and Platform Neutrality

SpotRoster operates as a neutral software platform. SpotRoster does not approve, reject, rank, filter, or restrict users based on race, color, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, political affiliation, personal beliefs, lawful association, or any other protected classification.

SpotRoster may restrict access, suspend accounts, block activity, or remove content when necessary to protect the platform, prevent abuse, enforce security, comply with law, or protect SpotRoster’s legitimate business interests.

5. Firearm and Regulated Product Notice

SpotRoster does not sell, transfer, possess, ship, regulate, or distribute firearms, ammunition, accessories, or other regulated products. If a participating business offers a campaign involving a firearm or regulated item, that business is solely responsible for ensuring that all applicable laws, background checks, FFL transfer requirements, waiting periods, eligibility rules, and transfer procedures are followed.

SpotRoster assumes no responsibility for denied transfers, participant ineligibility, merchant compliance failures, or any legal issue connected to a merchant’s product, promotion, or transfer process.

6. No Endorsement

The appearance of any business, campaign, product, service, image, or listing on a SpotRoster-powered page does not constitute endorsement, certification, sponsorship, approval, or recommendation by SpotRoster.

7. Security and Abuse Protection

SpotRoster actively protects its website, platform, systems, users, participating businesses, data, and infrastructure from hacking, unauthorized access, scraping, automated misuse, fraud, abuse, manipulation, payment fraud, spam, exploitation, and other improper activity.

SpotRoster reserves the right to monitor activity, preserve logs, restrict access, suspend accounts, remove listings, block suspicious traffic, investigate misuse, cooperate with law enforcement, and pursue available civil or criminal remedies when necessary.

8. Use at Your Own Risk

Use of SpotRoster and SpotRoster-powered pages is at your own risk. SpotRoster is not responsible for merchant actions, campaign outcomes, product availability, eligibility disputes, fulfillment issues, denied transfers, user-submitted errors, merchant compliance failures, or disputes between users and participating businesses.
